Tottenham Football Shirts
Tottenham Hotspur Football Club was founded in 1882 and is also known as the Spurs and the Lilywhites. They finished 11th in the 2007-2008 season. Their home field is White Hart Lane, which has a capacity of 36,310. The Spurs hold quite a list of accomplishments, which include being first club in the 20th century to achieve the League and FA Cup Double.
Since the 1990’s Tottenham have made their way up and down the 20 in the Premier league and have come dangerously close to regulation a couple of times.
The club colors are white and blue. In the past, when the club had kit sponsors that yielded red logos on the player’s kits, the fans have protested since red is the color of their biggest rival; the Arsenal. The current sponsor, Thomson Holidays also places a red logo but so far not much mention has been made.
Tottenham Hotspur Football Club take their social responsibilities very seriously and are involved in several community as well as global commitments. There is also a Tottenham Hotspur Ladies team founded in 1985. The ladies play in the South East Combination Women’s Football League.
