Fulham Football Shirts
Fulham hit a low tide in 1994 that lasted a couple of years but for the most part they have enjoyed a fair to excellent ride. It has been a rocky start to the 21st century for Fulham but in the 2007-2008 season things seemed to begin to turn.
Fulham’s biggest and fiercest rivals are Brentford. This is a long standing rivalry which came to a head in the 1980’s and 1990’s. Unfortunately much of the rivalry has been marked by violence at the games between the fans. They now compete in different divisions. Now the fans turn their eyes to Chelsea which is one of the nearby teams although the rivalry (as of now) is not as fierce.
One of the biggest names for Fulham Football Club is Johnny Haynes, also known as The Maestro. Haynes had a remarkable career and signed on as a school boy in 1950. He was by far one of the biggest Fulham stars ever. He was offered top spot in 1968 as manager but turned them down.
Fulham has the most controversial mascot though, it seems. The chatter first started when he tried in front of television cameras to cheer up Avram Grant. He again made the news when he was found break dancing in the corner of the pitch after the game had started.
